TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please ensure you read the terms and conditions prior to paying the deposit for your session. By booking with Lily Photography you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. APPLICABLE LAW
The laws of England & Wales shall govern this agreement. These Terms and Conditions shall not be varied except by agreement in writing. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions (including those relating to the time of payment) and those issued or submitted by the CLIENT and in the absence of any contrary agreement in writing these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. COPYRIGHT & REPRODUCTION
All images are copyrighted to Lily Photography. No image or content of this website can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior consent of Lily Photography. When the CLIENT purchases images from the L& G Photography he gets printing license to use the images for the personal use only.
3. USE OF PICTURES
Lily Photography reserves the right to use the pictures taken during the photo session for the purposes of advertising or promotion of its work. This includes on Lily Photography’s website, social media or marketing materials. If you do not want your images to be used for these purposes please inform Lily Photography prior to your photo shoot.
4. BOOKING
A booking fee secures the time and services of Lily Photography. Session dates and times are not secured until a deposit has been paid.
5. PAYMENTS
The final balance is due before or on the day of your photo shoot. You can pay online, by bank transfer, cash, credit or debit card.
No photographs will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment for additional images is to be made when they are ordered.
*A travel fee may apply to sessions located outside of London Zone 4.
6. CANCELLATION
The Client may cancel a booking at any time by giving written notice to the Lily Photography.
Your deposit is refundable up to 48 hours before your session date, after this time it becomes non-refundable but transferable should you wish to change the date.
If for any reason Lily Photography has to cancel your photo shoot you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
7. RETURNS POLICY
Incorrectly supplied items can be returned and will be replaced at no extra charge to the CLIENT.
Returns will not be considered for incorrectly ordered items or items ordered in error.
8. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards can be purchased as gifts for newborn, family or maternity sessions. As gift cards are valid for one year and cannot be extended beyond that year (see conditions below).
The following conditions apply to the purchase of Lily Photography gift cards:
- Purchased gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Purchased gift cards are valid for one year from purchase date and cannot be extended beyond that year.
- The gift card value will be used towards Lily Photography’s photography session fees and products. Any outstanding balance following the session (if applicable) will be given in the form of further gift vouchers, with the same expiry date as the original.
9. ARTISTIC INPUT
Lily Photography shall be entitled to use its judgement regarding the style and artistic input in the production of pictures.
Lily Photography fully edits all images before presenting to the CLIENT. Any additional edit requests MUST be raised by the CLIENT at the proofing stage. Requests not raised at proofing stage will not be considered once products have been ordered.
The CLIENT is responsible for all children at all sessions.
10. DIGITAL IMAGES
Lily Photography will provide a gallery of high resolution images without watermarks. The images can be printed and reproduced for personal use only. You are not entitled to use the images for commercial gain.
Your photos will be supplied to you within 4 weeks. During busy times such as Christmas or Summer there may be additional waiting time on orders. You will be advised at the time of your photo shoot and given an approximate delivery date. If you need your images by a certain date please inform Lily Photography at the time of your photo shoot.
All images are professionally edited, this includes removing minor blemishes such as scratches and bruises.
When printing your photos please note Lily Photography cannot be held responsible for poor quality prints from high street or online printers. Lily Photography can provide you with professional prints.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have made a backup of the images. Lily Photography cannot be held responsible and are not under any obligation to provide the images again if your images become corrupt, lost or damaged. Images are kept for a 2 months period at the discretion of Lily Photography.
Please note that we do not provide RAW files, you will receive the best images that will be fully edited and you can use them for your personal printing needs and for social media use. We make sure every product that leaves our studio is representative of our brand. Raw files are just the starting point to the final image.
The CLIENT is responsible for all children at all sessions.
